Bullying in the workplace, school bullying, cyber bullying, all have a common denominator. Bullies need power, and have anger problems. While it is true that females tend to use verbal bullying while males tend toward more aggressive and physical bullying tactics. Bullying is dangerous and needs to be stopped no matter where it takes place and by whom. The affects of bullying include long lasting mental problems, suicides, and even school rampages and shootings.
Bullying is everywhere
From around the world we are learning statistics and facts through bully surveys and studies. Still there isn't enough known at this point to know how to eliminate bullying in our schools, workplace bullying, cyber bullying, sibling bullying, female bullying, the types of bullying are unending. Stopping bullying and the consequences of bullying to lessen the effects of bullying is more important than ever. Bullying statistics show that a high percentage of high school dropouts are the consequences of high school bullies and teacher bullies. The costs of bullying includes but is not limited to the lives and emotional well being of our children as well as the high costs of jails and courts that process the effects of bullying and the bullies themselves.
Bullying statistics and facts
Bullying prevention, anti bullying policies, and ways to prevent bullying are all important but knowing the causes of bullying and the long term effects of bullying are also important. There are many ways to know about bullying; there are bullying articles, bullying videos, books on bullying and other how to stop bullying resources. Part of the problem is knowing the correct definition of bullying and having the ability to convey that meaning and the effects of bullying to those who will best benefit from that knowledge. Bullying posters, school bullying information, and bully support groups can all be used to stop bullying, or prevent bullying.
